This new design features structural enhancements, an improved magnetic deep-reach circuit and tramp metal deflector shields that increase the protection of the belt. Whether you are recycling plastic, tire & rubber, wood, metals or e-scrap, these materials can be very abrasive on the belt and can easily get under the belt and onto the face of the magnet which can cause havoc. This new design features UHMW wings that extend over the bottom side edges of the belt to protect it from tramp metal tears. Mercer Motor Works' Multiple Tarping Sytems
Mercer Motor Works in Mercer, Maine offers a tarping system used for alternate daily cover that deploys and retrieves multiple (ballasted or unballasted) tarps that holds up to 12,000 sq.ft. at one time in minutes. TDS-30HC is easily moved and operated by your existing landfill equipment from D4 to D8 class bulldozers or CAT816 to CAT836 class compactors. Self powered so no other external power source is needed to operate, and no fixtures or brackets need to be added to your equipment.
